Barre classes combine elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates, and strength training, emphasizing low-impact, high-intensity movements to sculpt long, lean muscles while moving to upbeat music. These classes aim to improve muscular endurance, balance, and flexibility in a fun, engaging, and joyous environment. 

Barre to the Beat incorporates movements that target all major muscle groups, including the core, legs, and arms. 

Classes often use light weights, resistance bands, exercise balls, and the barre (or a similar support) for balance and stability. 

Barre can be adapted for various fitness levels and can be a good entry point for those new to strength training.

Grippy socks are required for all Barre classes.
