Total Strength and Conditioning uses dumbbells, step benches, and booty bands, in addition to other equipment for a full body workout. This class is not choreographed but fun music will motivate you to lift heavy! Instructor may choose all strength or add in conditioning or cardio pushes. Class may be an interval or tabata format or boot camp style. You will feel tired but happy and strong when the class is done!
