Mat Pilates focuses on building strength, stability, and flexibility using controlled movements performed on a mat. It emphasizes core engagement and proper breath control, making it a challenging yet safe workout suitable for all levels.  Props are often used including Pilates rings, yoga blocks, light weights, and Pilates balls.  Modifications are shown.
