Students will link their breath with body movement in a mindful way combining aspects of gentle yoga poses with breathing techniques and targeted stretching. This class will assist with flexibility, mobility, circulation, and stress reduction. Appropriate for all levels and abilities. Modifications will be provided so students feel safe at their comfort level.
It’s a great way to practice self-care especially if you are also taking our other strength and cardio classes.
Please bring your own mat.

- Remove your shoes and place in a cubby.
- Please lightly place your mat on the floor.
- Respect personal space.
