FUNctional yoga emphasizes movements that support and enhance your ability to move easily and efficiently in everyday life. It focuses on building mobility – the combination of strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and FUN – rather than simply stretching or achieving aesthetically pleasing poses.  Props such as light weights and bands may be used.
