Designed like a lab session this class blends balance, reactive agility, mobility and strength through progressive blocks. We warm up with joint mobility and activation and then dive into fluid balance work, agility and mobility sequences and strength exercises that combine power and control. Our emphasis is on movement quality so you move faster and with more intensity without sacrificing form and control
