30 minutes of Strength and Conditioning work followed by 30 minutes of stretching.

Get the best of both worlds in this perfectly balanced 60-minute class. We start with 30 minutes of intentional strength training—think low-impact, heavy weight movements that build muscle, improve endurance, and leave you feeling powerful. Then we shift gears into 30 minutes of deep, feel-good stretching to lengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and melt away tension.


Expect a vibe that’s equal parts strong and restorative. You’ll walk out feeling worked and refreshed—like you did something really good for your body (because you did).
