Jenny Cossio
Jenny Cossio is a Miami native who spent six years in Texas before hitting the road to travel the country full-time in an RV. In 2023, she and her family settled in Vero Beach. Jenny is a certified SHiNE Dance Fitness and UPLIFT Strength Fitness instructor who brings energy, encouragement, and fun to every class. Jenny wants to help others feel that movement is medicine, music is healing and community is everything. When she’s not teaching, she loves exploring new places and spending quality time with her husband, two sons, and their dog.
