Miriam Bednarczyk
Meet our Miriam, a newly and proudly certified SHiNE Dance Fitness instructor. She moved to Vero Beach with her husband and two daughters, summer of 2024 from Pennsylvania. Music and athletics had always been a part of her - dance on the other hand, did not come along until much later in life when a dear friend dragged her to a Zumba class. It took a while to let go of fear of judgement and be free to let the music inspire movement, be a little ridiculous and laugh with others. In fact, she became so energized and encouraged by others, she became a Zumba instructor in 2023.
Upon coming to Vero Beach, a passion to connect with people and stay fit, she followed the music, finding a welcoming community of fitness friends at a local gym and now happily with the JoyFit team and all the people that have found that “special something” here. For her at JoyFit, she again, found encouraging people to introduce and guide her in learning, earning and now teaching with a fresh SHiNE certification… along with a lot of energy! She wants everyone to have fun, feel good about themselves and not be afraid to PLAY.
Outside of the studio, there is good chance she spending time with family, enjoying the Florida sunshine, or you might find her having a full blown concert in the kitchen! She is a baking enthusiast and a firm believer that singing and dancing in the kitchen just makes food taste better. Try her cookies and find out!
