Ana started her fitness, yoga and functional anatomy training over 20 years ago initially to support her triathlon and marathon running, relieve stress and increase resilience. She loves to guide her students through their own transformational journeys helping them to increase balance, flexibility and mobility to become stronger, more athletic, flexible and resilient physically, mentally and emotionally. She teaches people who are starting their fitness journeys as well as accomplished athletes and experienced practitioners.
Ana is the proud grandmother of baby Sophia and mother of three young adult daughters and two adorable rescue dogs. Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, she has lived and worked in many countries. Ana brings her appreciation for different cultures as well as her global mindset to every practice, class and workshop she teaches.
